New and Renewal of Driver License  

Notice.

KLTA office start at 0900hours and finished at 1430 hours.

To those who had a driver license from last year 2021 you just need to bring your recent Police Clearance and original expired driver license.( age requirement 18yrs to 54yrs old) notes to 55yrs upward you must bring your Medical Clearance along with your recent Police Clearance.

To those who had not get a driver license from 2020 downward you must bring your original driver license along with recent Police Clearance and Medical clearance same with applicant who wishes to apply for the new driving license.

Applicants who had received a learner permit card must follow all the learner permit condition and to visit the authority prior of it expiry date in order to sit a theory test and practical test, expired learner permit will not be accepted, note that every Wednesday is a test day.
